La Liga outfit Sevilla are considering a January swoop for Manchester United star Joshua Zirkzee .
That’s according to Marca , citing English outlet The Mirror, who have early this week provided an insight into the situation.
Frontman Zirkzee is for his part in the midst of a difficult campaign to date, which has seen the former Bologna man struggle badly for game time under the watch of manager Ruben Amorim.
Desperate for a place in the Netherlands’ squad for next summer’s World Cup, the 24-year-old is therefore giving real consideration to a January transfer.
And one club ready to position themselves in the running in the case of Zirkzee becoming available are the aforementioned Sevilla .
The board at The Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán are giving real consideration to dipping into the market for attacking reinforcements following the turn of the year.
And Zirkzee, potentially available for a half-season loan, is one name understood to be on the radar of the Nervionenses.
