Arsenal and Nottingham Forest will both be forced to deal with players on the side-lines for their meeting in the Premier League this weekend. The Gunners take on a Forest team which has a new manager at the helm, with ex- Tottenham Hotspur boss Ange Postecoglou replacing Nuno Espirito Santo earlier in the week.

Mikel Arteta has already been forced to deal with several players on the side-lines with injuries in the early weeks of the season. That will continue when Arsenal face Forest in the Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Bukayo Saka is not expected to be available as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury, which ruled him out of the defeat to Liverpool before the international break. William Saliba remains a doubt with an ankle injury he suffered at the end of last month, but the defender has returned to training this week to hand a major boost to Arsenal and head coach Arteta.

Ben White and Christian Norgaard have both returned to training, meanwhile, and could now be available to meet Forest. Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus remain unavailable for Arsenal this weekend with their own injury concerns.

As for Forest, they are guaranteed to be without three players when they take on Arsenal.

Oleksandr Zinchenko is unavailable due to being unable to face his parent club while on loan at the City Ground. Zinchenko left Arsenal on transfer deadline day to join Forest on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Ola Aina will miss the clash in north London with a hamstring injury - while Nicolas Dominguez is also continuing to recover from a knee injury he suffered back in May.
