Scarfs, hats and tops with Green Brigade branding were seen in the display as they sent a message to their rivals.

Another banner with the words 'keep Glasgow tidy' was unveiled under the merchandise.

2,500 Celtic fans are in attendance and their rivals couldn't resist producing the display to make their return to Ibrox.

Rangers supporters didn't just aim banners at their rivals ahead of and during the first Old Firm of the season.

Punters made their feelings clear towards Russell Martin and the board too, with displays pinned on the gates outside the stadium telling the boss his time was up.

Banners reading 'Martin and Co must go' and 'we deserve better, enough is enough' were unveiled along with pictures of Martin and chief executive Patrick Stewart's faces crossed out.

Pressure is continuing to mount on the under-fire manager after failing to win any of his first three league games and the catastrophic midweek defeat in Belgium .

Fans could be heard chanting 'Martin, Martin get to f***' in the Jan Breydel Stadium as the Gers lost 6-0 on the night and 9-1 on aggregate to Club Brugge.

Martin has won just three games out of 10 since taking over as Gers boss.

And fans attending the Old Firm couldn't resist expressing their outrage over the ongoing Nico Raskin situation.

Rangers fans chanted Raskin's name in the first half after he was booted out of the squad for the derby due to concerns from Martin over his recent conduct.

SunSport were first to reveal on Friday that Martin made the decision to axe him 24 hours after his dad lashed out of the boss, suggesting he has an 'oversized ego'.

It's understood the manager's decision was backed by senior players in the squad as well as staff.
