PSG manager Luis Enrique rushed into emergency surgery after cycling accident

LUIS ENRIQUE was rushed to the hospital after suffering an accident while out on his bike.

The incident, which resulted in Enrique coming off his bike, happened on Friday.

The Paris Saint-Germain manager was immediately transported to the hospital, where it was discovered he'd fractured his collarbone.

Thankfully, the Spaniard hasn't suffered any further serious injuries.

But he's set to undergo surgery to repair his collarbone.

PSG announced news of Enrique's accident in a statement on their social media channels.

It read: "Following a cycling accident on Friday, Paris Saint-Germain head coach Luis Enrique was treated by the emergency services and will undergo surgery for a fractured collarbone.

"The Club expresses its full support and wishes him a swift recovery. Further updates will be shared in due course."

Footie fans around the world flocked to social media to send their heartfelt well-wishes to the former Barcelona manager and player.

One wrote on X: "."Hope he recovers fast, wishing him the best."
