Chelsea agree sleeve sponsorship deal with Asian tech leader FPT for 2025-26 season
Chelsea have agreed a new shirt sleeve sponsorship deal with Vietnamese technology giant FPT Corporation for the remainder of the 2025-26 season.
The agreement marks an expansion of the partnership between the two parties, with FPT having first joined as an official global partner in April.
The company, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading technology solutions providers, was eager to strengthen its association with Chelsea following the club’s success both on and off the pitch in recent months.
The deal, negotiated by Chelsea president and chief operating officer Jason Gannon alongside president of commercial Todd Kline, is believed to be in line with the values achieved by other top Premier League sides.
FPT’s branding will appear on the sleeves of the men’s, women’s and academy team shirts and will make its debut during Chelsea’s Champions League home clash with Ajax later tonight.
The agreement arrives at a time of renewed commercial activity at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea are also in the final stages of talks to secure a new front-of-shirt sponsor, having started the season without a sleeve partner.
Live Nation had occupied that space earlier in the year, featuring on the club’s kits from February until the end of their triumphant FIFA Club World Cup campaign in July. Chelsea’s impressive finish to the 2024-25 season helped increase global interest in sponsorship opportunities.
Enzo Maresca’s side finished fourth in the Premier League to return to the Champions League, lifted the Europa Conference League, and capped their campaign by defeating Paris Saint-Germain to win the Club World Cup.
Such achievements significantly boosted the club’s commercial appeal, with multiple companies expressing interest in securing partnerships heading into the new campaign.
FPT’s move to upgrade its involvement reflects the strength of Chelsea’s brand internationally, particularly across Asia, where the Blues have long maintained a growing fan base.
The new agreement also underscores Chelsea’s strategy of aligning with technology-driven companies as part of their broader commercial vision.
FPT’s expertise in digital transformation and smart solutions fits into the club’s ambitions to modernise operations and enhance global engagement through technology.
Chelsea will hope the partnership with FPT signals the start of another successful commercial phase as they look to consolidate their status among Europe’s elite both financially and competitively.
The deal ensures FPT branding will feature prominently across all levels of the club until the end of the current campaign.
