4 Real Madrid stars spotted back in training before El Clásico

A quartet of first-team stars at La Liga giants Real Madrid were on Friday spotted back in group training.

The expectation, in turn, is that all four will be available for selection to face Barcelona this weekend.

Real Madrid are of course currently in the thick of preparations for the headline fixture of the Spanish football calendar.

This coming Sunday, Xabi Alonso’s troops will act as hosts, in a La Liga showdown with arch rivals Barca .

The two sides head into the matchup separated by just two points in the table, with hosts Real currently boasting the advantage.

After being condemned to defeat in all four of last season’s Clásico fixtures, Los Blancos will no doubt be desperate for revenge in two days’ time.

And as alluded to above, in efforts towards as much, Xabi Alonso and his staff look set to have four players back at their disposal.

As showcased below, all of the sidelined Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dani Carvajal , Dani Ceballos and Dean Huijsen took part in group training at Valdebebas on Friday morning:
