Just before the break, Rodrigo Bentancur was late to the ball and landed his studs right on the shin of Reece James , prompting a VAR check and a scuffle between the players.

Yet despite the check, the Uruguayan only received a yellow card for the challenge.

Trevoh Chalobah was not happy and rushed to confront Bentancur, prompting the referee to book the Chelsea defender as well.
