Manchester United are hoping to make it four Premier League wins in a row as they look to continue their revival at Nottingham Forest this weekend.

Victories over Sunderland, Liverpool and Brighton have lifted the gloom around Old Trafford with Ruben Amorim ’s side reaching the dizzying heights of sixth place as a result of that run.

United are level on points with Manchester City and six behind league leaders Arsenal with nine games played.

Their latest test comes up against a Forest side now led by Sean Dyche who got off to a winning start in Europe against Porto before defeat away to Bournemouth last weekend.

United have a relatively clean bill of health heading into Saturday’s game with hope Harry Maguire and Mason Mount will be fit again.

After his dramatic winner at Anfield, Maguire missed out against Brighton last Saturday, left out of the squad with a knock. Mount was only deemed fit enough for the bench with Amorim insisting neither player was dealing with a ‘serious’ issue.

United’s only other absentee is Lisandro Martinez who is still working his way back to full fitness after his ACL injury in February.

The Argentina international has returned to training, closing in on a return.

The blossoming partnership between Amad Diallo and Bryan Mbeumo down United’s right means Patrick Dorgu may remain on the bench on Saturday with Diogo Dalot shifted over to the left.

Amorim opted to start Matheus Cunha up top against Liverpool to cause havoc against Ibrahima Konate and Virgil van Dijk at Anfield.

Against a similarly fearsome duo at the back in Nikola Milenkovic and Murillo, Amorim could be tempted to do the same.

But another impressive performance from Benjamin Sesko at the focal point of United’s attack against Brighton should be enough for him to keep his place in the side.

Harry Maguire’s availability could prompt a slight reshuffle at the back but Amorim will be very tempted to go with the same starting XI that beat Brighton last time out.

Forest vs Man Utd kicks off at 3pm on Saturday 1 November .
