Al-Nassr fans endured a tough night on Tuesday after their team was knocked out of the 2025/2026 Saudi King’s Cup in the round of 16.
The club fell to their rival, Al-Ittihad, with a 2-1 defeat in Riyadh, thus bringing their round of 16 campaign to a close.

The defeat was hard to swallow for Cristiano Ronaldo , who looked visibly saddened and disappointed as he left the pitch, reflecting his sense of responsibility toward the team.
On his (X) account, the 40-year-old posted a team photo alongside a positive message: "We stand tall, learn, and move forward together"
This elimination adds to a challenging record for the Portuguese star with Al-Nassr since his arrival in January 2023. The striker has yet to win any of the 13 official competitions contested: three consecutive Saudi league titles, four King’s Cups, four Super Cups, and two Asian Champions Leagues.
