The Premier League gets underway this week and Spurs are in need of reinforcements to bolster their squad for what looks set to be a hectic campaign. The club are targeting a new No.10 and centre-back in the transfer market and a new winger could be brought in to replace Son Heung-min if the right option is available. In terms of a potential transfer for a winger, Tottenham are in talks with Manchester City over a deal for Savinho . The Brazilian, who only moved to the Etihad Stadium last summer, is comfortable playing on either wing and as an attacking midfielder if needed. When it comes to Eze , the club have a long-standing interest in the Crystal Palace ace and he would be a statement signing ahead of the new season if they can get a deal over the line. Speaking ahead of the UEFA Super Cup final against PSG, Frank provided an update during his pre-match press conference . The Dane said: "I think there's a lot of good players out there, including a lot in the PSG team, but we can't have all of them. Players in or out, I'm only going to speak about my players."
