England viewers spot ad for UK's No1 piles cream - 'adds a real touch of class'
FANS were left in hysterics at the advertising hoardings during Serbia vs England.
Early on in the match the hoardings flashed up with adverts for Anusol - a cream for treatment of piles.

It was an unusual site given the match was played in Belgrade, Serbia .
So viewers were left in stitches and expressed their bewilderment.

England's trip to Serbia proved eventful as Three Lions stars were targeted with lasers pointed from the crowd.
The game was briefly paused late in the first half with Ezri Konsa and Reece James both hit.
Fans were also left complaining about the TV coverage of the match against Serbia after being left with a "headache".
Many took to social media to complain about the distance between the pitch and the camera.
The view of the match appears to be from very far away, with there being a large gap between the pitch and the stands.
But did at least enjoy the result as England ran riot, winning 5-0.
