England dominate as FIFPRO announce World 11 shortlist

FIFPRO - the global union for professional footballers - have announced their shortlist for the World 11 in the women's game.

Over 25,000 members have voted for the best players in 2025 with some major names included in this year's shortlist.

– Monday, 27 October 2025

English and Spanish players dominate the list with the likes of Hannah Hampton , Alex Greenwood and Alessia Russo included from the Lionesses.

For La Roja meanwhile, Alexia Putellas , Ona Battle and Aitana Bonmati are amongst the 25 included.

The final XI will be announced on November 3.
