Endrick: Fabrizio Romano provides blockbuster update on Man United target’s future

Manchester United could be handed a chance to add firepower to their attack in January.

United splurged north of £200m on high-profile forwards Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbuemo, and Benjamin Sesko over the summer.

The trio have looked promising in their early days at United. Cunha and Mbeumo started against Liverpool over the weekend and Sesko came off the bench in the second half at Anfield. They all caused plenty of issues for Liverpool defenders, helping the Red Devils record a 2-1 win.

However, Ruben Amorim remains keen on further bolstering his attacking options.

Recently, The Peoples Person relayed a report claiming United are among the clubs eyeing a move for Real Madrid’s disgruntled star Endrick.

Signed from Palmeiras in a deal worth £61m last year, the Brazilian prodigy arrived in Madrid amid much hype and expectation.

However, the 19-year-old has struggled for gametime, facing competition from the likes of Kylian Mbappe for minutes. He is yet to enter the pitch for Los Blancos this season.

According to Fabrizio Romano , Endrick is expected to leave Real in the winter transfer window.

The Italian journalist claims the highly-rated Brazilian centre forward wants to play more ahead of the World Cup next summer.

It is understood talks over an exit are already taking place, with Los Blancos open to sanctioning a loan exit in January.

United, meanwhile, may allow Joshua Zirkzee to leave in January, as the Dutchman is thought to be “deeply frustrated” under Amorim. He is attracting interest from Serie A clubs.

Zirkzee’s exit would leave Sesko as the only senior option up front at Old Trafford. As such, Endrick, especially on loan, would make a lot of sense for United.
