The Premier Player of the Month nominees for August have been revealed, with several new signings among the eight players chosen.

In the opening three games of the season, these are the eight players that have stood out above the rest according to the league.
Given Liverpool are top of the table with a 100% record, it's little surprise to see Hugo Ekitike and Dominik Szoboszlai there, while Jack Grealish has been a revelation thus far on the blue side of Merseyside.
As for the rest, it's hard to disagree with any selection.
