Chelsea winger Tyrique George is set to sign for Fulham in a permanent transfer.
The 19-year-old, who came off the bench for the injured Liam Delap and played 67 minutes during Chelsea's 2-0 win against the Cottagers, is expected to complete a move to Craven Cottage before Monday's 7pm deadline.
According to The Athletic , the package involved is worth £22 million plus a sell-on clause. George has agreed personal terms with Fulham and he is expected to sign a five-year contract at the west London club.
It's added that a medical is set to follow in due course with the deal set to be finalised in the coming hours. Fulham have had a quiet summer transfer window but are now confident on signing teenage sensation George.
George made his first appearance of the season for Chelsea against Fulham on Saturday, replacing Delap, who injured his hamstring, in the 14th minute. Despite coming on as a substitute and impressing, Enzo Maresca still decided to take him off in the 81st minute, with Andrey Santos playing the final nine minutes plus stoppage-time.
