Arsenal are reportedly not planning to sell Leandro Trossard , even with the summer transfer window still open in some countries.

Arsenal have been in discussions with the player's representatives since the start of the summer Arteta has expressed satisfaction with Trossard's contributions, having scored 27 goals and provided 13 assists over the past two seasons.

In a recent update, Fabrizio Romano reported that a move to the Turkish Super Lig has 'no chance' of happening, as Trossard has agreed a new deal with Arsenal.

His salary is expected to be improved, reflecting both his contributions and his status within the squad, aligning him with teammates of comparable seniority and influence.

"That situation has been resolved in a really great way and I think he deserves recognition, and we are very happy to have him," Arteta said last month.

Following speculation over his future, former Gunner striker Alan Smith encouraged the club to keep hold of Trossard.

"I would be tempted to keep Leandro Trossard because he’s a versatile player who’s done well and scored important goals," he said.

"I don’t think you’d want to lose him. And the same with Martinelli actually. Martinelli didn’t have the best of seasons, but I think you definitely want to keep him."
